We at the Christine Center are aware of the sacred allure that draws retreatants here to explore their own holistic spiritualilty. As more people seek to further explore the spiritual realm in a space that balances solitude and community, the Christine Center is experiencing significant growth in programs and participants, and the current facility is stretched to its capacity.

It is our wish that people of all paths continue to find a spiritual home at the Christine Center for many decades to come, and that they find the facilities adequate for their needs.

The next five years is a time in which a substantial investment must be made to provide quality facilities to the people who seek our services. Thus, the Capital Campaign is an opportunity for you to participate in our vision and to invest in our mission.

Christine Center Capital Campaign

$500,000     Addition to the main building, including a chapel, library, meeting rooms and offices

$150,000     New laundry and shower house

$150,000     Two new modern hermitages

$100,000     Repairs and renovations to existing hermitages and the house

$100,000     A fund for ongoing maintenance and future projects

The total Capital Campaign goal is $1,000,000.

Thousands of retreatants have visited the Christine Center since we opened our doors in 1980. Help us continue the tradition of our Foundress, Sister Virginia Mary Barta, OSF, whose vision created this center as a retreat and refuge for all.
