The Christine Center embraces persons of all spiritual paths in a natural Sanctuary for spiritual deepening and global transformation.
A person is drawn to the Christine Center by the vivid community life of prayer and work that is found here. Wanting to explore inner awakening, wholistic living and honesty in relationships. The passionate mystic, St. Francis, models harmony with the earth and speaks to the soul of the seeker. It is out of this energy that the Christine Center now offers its signature program Spiritual Deepening for Global Transformation.
Organizations, individuals, groups, teachers, and students are invited to share the energy of this sacred space. Individual retreats, group retreats, seminars, sabbatical opportunities, and a spiritual lifestyle program are available. Day meetings or overnight gatherings of small faith communities, hospital, church, educational and management groups are also welcome.
The Christine Center, Willard, Wisconsin, is an interfaith Center rooted in the Catholic mystical tradition and founded by the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters. Our vision is conscious living leading to oneness with all of creation. You will find meditation grounded in community, deep hospitality, the quiet for simply being in the fullness of Life, and your calling to participate in global transformation.
The Christine Center faces the challenges of the 21st century full of hope and promise as more and more people participate in our mission of spiritual deepening and global transformation. A significant effort is being made to provide quality facilities for people who seek our services.

Seminars and retreats on transformational change and inner development based on the Ageless Wisdom of East and West are offered. Additional services such as spiritual guidance, bodywork, and recreational activities supplement your opportunities for reflection and relaxation. A supportive, natural environment provides an ambience for contemplative practice, creativity, and nurturing the spirit within. Opportunities for Work Study or Work Exchange are available for those who wish to share their skills and talents in exchange for room, board and study. Another option, the Spiritual Lifestyle Program, gives a more in-depth focus on spiritual development. Sabbatical Programs, for study, creative projects and/or renewal, can open up new vistas and possibilities in the lives of all who participate.
The Center is situated in a tranquil forest setting with guest house, hermitages (small cabins), and camping on 120 secluded acres. For more than 20 years the Center has served the spiritual needs of thousands of people from all over the world.
