Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is an opportunity for prayerful discernment of the dance of Spirit, clarifying one’s process with a qualified Spiritual Director which brings about greater understanding of the unfolding of the Divine Mystery in one’s life.

A spiritual director helps a person lift into awareness and clarity aspects of her/his life that might not otherwise be noticed. The skill of reflective listening is the basis for spiritual direction because it helps the directee bring to awareness new insights and understandings. The spiritual director assists in enabling a person to move toward greater freedom and wholeness and challenges the structures that impede this.

Individual sessions can be scheduled directly with one of the Spiritual Directors at the Christine Center.

Sessions are one hour in length. Cost: $50
